A space to collect updates to our tokenomics as we collect more data and optimize for long term community growth

Update December 12 2024

We're excited to share significant updates on SFG tokenomics that strengthen our ecosystem's foundation and set the stage for long-term growth.

Our community has successfully claimed 2,600,154 SFG during the initial airdrop phase, demonstrating strong engagement. Building on this momentum, we're implementing strategic measures to further enhance and support the SFG ecosystem and utility:

Immediate Value-Enhancing Actions:

• We're executing a massive token burn- over 15.5M SFG. This represents 80% of the unclaimed airdrop tokens that will be permanently removed from supply in the coming weeks, significantly reducing total max supply.

• The renewed liquidity mining program has been optimized for sustainability, with carefully calibrated rewards of 1M SFG distributed over 90 days. This means rewards have been decreased 60% in SFG terms (1 M SFG over the next 90 days vs 2.5 M SFG over the first 90 days). When these 1M SFG enter the reward farm contract it will increase the circulating supply respectively, however the actual release schedule of those 1M SFG will be at most 1/90th of that amount per day (approximately 11,111 SFG per day) for the next 90 days (depending on when LPs claim their rewards over that time).

• This measured distribution approach, of approximately 11,111 SFG daily, ensures steady, controlled token flow that supports healthy liquidity dynamics

• Note: users will need to unstake their LP from the previous reward farm, and restake it to the new reward farm in the raydium staking interface to continue earning rewards (you will not need to remove any LP).

Strategic Reserve Management: We've reserved 20% of remaining airdrop funds for strategic growth initiatives, including:

• Seasonal achievement rewards

• User acquisition campaigns

• Community engagement programs

This reserve will be deployed thoughtfully over multiple years, prioritizing ecosystem health and sustainable growth. It may also alternatively be decided to burn some or all of this remaining airdrop reserve at a future date.

2025 Ecosystem Evolution: We're thrilled to announce several major developments coming in 2025:

• Enhanced NFT minting mechanics - making deck creation more affordable and accessible while increasing SFG utility

• Initial rollout of community governance - empowering our players to help shape the game's future

• Introduction of SFG staking - rewarding long-term holders and strengthening token utility

• Additional features in development to expand the SFG ecosystem

• NFT deck minting has now been set to a fixed $5 USD worth of SFG tokens (regardless of SFG price at the time). Any deck in a player's collection (other than starter decks) can be minted from their collection screen here: https://solforgefusion.com/decks
